Why am I seeing multiple inventory listings for the same inventory number? 


Reason for duplicate listings:


Usually, when a duplicate listing appears (like in the example above) it is because you manually added a building but it doesn't match exactly as it is listed in the Old Hickory database. 

In the above example, we see that the second listing was manually added by the dealer but a zero was missed in the inventory number, so the inventory number is incorrect.

When you manually add a building using an incorrect inventory number, our automatic update system will not recognize the incorrect inventory number, so it will try to add the correct inventory number, causing the "duplicate" listings.

Make sure the Inventory Number exactly matches the Old Hickory database


Fixing duplicate listings:

1. Fix the inventory number of your manually added building to the correct inventory. To do this, click "edit" on the building you manually added yourself, and change the inventory number to the correct inventory number.

2. Delete the extra listing using the delete button.


Once you've made these changes, our system will recognize your correct inventory number, and will not add another duplicate listing of it.
