Updating inventory photos on your website is simple with the Derksen Dealer app. Follow these easy steps to ensure your buildings have updated images displayed on your website for potential customers to view:

Step 1: Launch the Derksen Dealer App

  • Open the Derksen Dealer app on your mobile device and click the menu bar. 


Step 2: Navigate to Inventory

  • Tap on the “My Inventory” option in the menu to see the list of available buildings.



Step 3. Select a Building

  • Scroll through the inventory and tap on the building you wish to update with new photos.


Step 4. Press Image Manager

  • Look for the “Image Manager” button located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and tap on it.



Step 5. Upload Photos

  • Use your phone’s camera to take new photos or select existing photos from your device's photo gallery.
  • Upload the selected photos to the building profile.



Step 6. Set the Photo Display Order

  • Choose the order in which you want the images to be displayed on the website. Assign each photo a position (e.g., 1st, 2nd, or 3rd).


Important- How To Hide a Preexisting Photo

  • If there is a preexisting image of a building that you do not want on your website, you can hide that image by tapping on the image you want to remove and then clicking the three dots. 

Tips:

  • The BarnDealer system syncs every night with the Derksen Dealer App. So if you do not see a photo update immediately, check back  
  • Ensure that the photos are clear and properly showcase the building's features.
  • Review the photo order to make sure that the best image is set as the primary one for optimal display.
  • Currently, updates to the BarnDealer websites run overnight, so picture changes made using the Derksen Dealer app will not immediately show up on your BarnDealer website. We are currently working on shortening this time, so changes made could appear quicker.
