However, occasionally minor pricing discrepancies happen. To address this issue, we've collaborated with Old Hickory to implement a convenient solution that allows users to adjust pricing and provide feedback for future improvements.
Adjusting Pricing in the BarnDealer System
To accommodate the need for accurate pricing, we've added the Options Price field in the BarnDealer system that allows users to adjust pricing by entering positive or negative numbers. This simple change will update the pricing and RTO.
When adjusting pricing, a comment box will appear below the options field. This allows users to include a brief explanation of the reason for the price adjustment, which helps Old Hickory's team understand the change and update their records accordingly. Providing this feedback contributes to continuous improvement in both systems and ensures accurate pricing for all customers.
